Your tasks:
As Advisor/Assistant to the Management Team, you will support the management team in all conceptual, strategic and operational activities. You will work closely with the managing director and their team and should win them over with your independent, reliable and structured way of working.
- You will actively be involved in and will drive forward the international development of the company.
- You will be responsible for creating presentations (English/German) and reports and will help to prepare content for special events, such as group reporting, management meetings and key customer meetings.
- You will be expected to carry out scientific/technical research tasks.
- You will be responsible for supervising and coordinating your own projects.
Your profile:
- Completed commercial training or a degree in economics or industrial engineering
- Experience in a similar position
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Project management skills
- Well organised, good time management and outstanding communication skills
- High degree of loyalty, reliability and discretion, as well as a sense of responsibility
- Target-oriented and independent way of working, highly motivated and willing to take the initiative
- Eager to continue to develop your skills, train further and keep up-to-date with the latest goings-on in the industry
- Proficient in English
